| Beadworks offers two
different basic classes for the beginning jewelry maker and a new Advanced
class. |

The
BASIC JEWELRY MAKING class
is the original jewelry making class that we have been teaching for the 15
years that Beadworks has been in Dallas. It is a favorite for the person who
wants to learn professional tips of jewelry making. You will learn how to
make earrings, bracelets and necklaces; attaching clasps and knotting
between beads... The class is hands-on learning and we concentrate on
techniques that give your work that professional look. This is a How To Do
It class with the two hours spent on practice and learning. It is fast paced
and filled with information and new skills and procedures. You will learn a
lot!
All supplies are included in the class fee of $25.

Our
VERY BASIC BEADING class
is for the person who wants to learn how to make jewelry quickly and easily
and get a great looking necklace, earrings and bracelet after a two hour
class. The materials are included in the class fee and are a strand of semi
precious stones, a package of antique pewter or antique brass beads, and a
strand of glass beads and the findings (clasps, ear wires, etc.) We will
have a special selection for you to choose from at the class. You will learn
construction, color and pattern and have a necklace, bracelet and earrings
to wear home.
All supplies are included in the class fee of $40.

Advanced
Jewelry Making a new class for those ready for advanced jewelry
making techniques.
Learn how to use French
Wire, make multi strand items, and create clusters. This class is for the
person who has learned the basic techniques of jewelry making and is ready
to advance to more complicated procedures.
Supplies: All supplies will be
provided so that you make a multi strand bracelet, use French wire to make a
simple necklace, and create a pair of cluster earrings.
All supplies are included in the class fee of $50.
